Each Member organization appoints a representative that is the official voice and vote for the Member and helps shape the future of the MASP. Member representatives are appointed to a three-year term (no term limit). An Executive Board of Directors is elected by and from the Member representatives. While day-to-day operations are led by the MASP’s Executive Director, the Executive Board supports the work of the MASP and provides mission-based leadership and strategic governance.

  • Vice President – Jonathan Lloyd, Brethren in Christ US World Missions

  • Secretary – Dawn Weaver, Mennonite Central Committee

  • Treasurer – Ron Guenther, Mennonite Disaster Service

  • Director – Cheryl Kaufman, Ten Thousand Villages

  • Director – Patrick Scarborough, Friendship Community

 

The MASP is served by two staff members: 

 

Keith Scheffel has served as the MASP Executive Director since 2017. Keith’s experience includes 22 years in leadership roles with Rosedale International. Keith is a licensed insurance agent and has served as an employee benefits specialist with LD&B Insurance and Financial Services. Keith’s educational background includes a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Cedarville University and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University. Keith resides in Rosedale, OH, with Shannon, his wife of 30+ years.

Kendra Headings assumed the role of MASP Program Coordinator in 2022. Her diverse background includes positions as an office assistant, dental hygienist, and professional nanny. Kendra earned a B.S. degree in Dental Hygiene from the Ohio State University. Outside of work, she finds joy in outdoor adventures alongside her husband, Trevor.
